The health and safety of the people are no longer the highest priority of government. Instead, the pursuit of political power is given the highest priority and the result is the moral decay of society. Decisions of national importance are made with an eye toward their political effect - not their economic, social or spiritual effect. These were the words I wrote just before I began my crusade to expose those who prey upon our children and unfortunately, they are as true today as they were ten years ago. America is still a nation falling from grace.
As much as I had hoped to change the law in Michigan as it relates to child sex abuse, past and present, the fact remains that Michigan lawmakers, Democrat and Republican alike, do not care to protect the children of Michigan from those who prey upon them. If they cared, they would have adopted legislation aimed at holding degenerates like Roger Felix Joseph, Donnie Ray Reams and Father Jude Ellinghausen accountable for their crimes. Instead, Michigan politicians were and are more concerned with the next election than with the health and safety of the next generation.
Notwithstanding their criminal negligence, when I departed Michigan in the summer of 2005 I did so knowing that I had accomplished something that no politician or child advocacy group would dare attempt. Unlike the many Michigan politicians and charities that preach the preservation of the child but act to preserve the status quo, the Missing Angels Legal Fund did act to preserve the child by exposing men that would today be raping children or covering up for those who rape children. One need only ask the leadership of the Archdiocese of Detroit what the Missing Angels Legal Fund accomplished since 2000. They are very familiar with the success of both its overt and covert operations.
Today this Website operates only to assist those who were abused as children. No longer will I sit outside the home of a pedohile waiting for him to lead me to another pedophile. No longer will I labor for hours drafting legislation in the hope that a corrupt political process will adopt new laws aimed at holding pedohiles accountable for what they did years ago. And no longer will I work to raise awareness of what is happening to children across our dying nation only to realize that the majority of Americans would rather watch television than assist me in my campaign to end the epidemic of rape and abuse spreading across our nation.
